LES JAKO OD MORNŠTAJNOVÉ

S postupujícím podzimem les za okny auta ochaboval, ztrácel barvy, obnažoval kostry listnatých stromů a propadal se do tísňové ponurosti, obzvlášť když se tma přikradla až do ranních hodin a stíny stromů se v září reflektorů míhaly jako duše mrtvých, které les uvěznil napořád.

As autumn progressed, the forest outside the car windows grew fainter, losing its colours, exposing the skeletons of the leafy trees and sinking into an oppressive gloom, especially when the darkness crept in until the early hours of the morning and the shadows of the trees passed in the glare of the headlights like the souls of the dead that the forest had trapped forever.
